When you are coming to the hospital for admission please check the following

• Please bring the hospital’s file and all medical records including the X ray, Sonography and CT Scan plates.

• Please bring all the medicines that you are taking.

• DEPOSIT: It is suggested that the deposit in accordance with the schedule of charges be paid in advance in order to avoid delay in completing the formalities. If you have a mediclaim policy kindly inform before admission.

• The hospital will not be responsible for loss of any valuables.

• At least one relative must accompany the patient throughout the hospital stay. At any time only two relatives can stay with the patient. Visiting time for other relatives is 5 to 7 pm. Children below 12 years are not allowed as visitors.

• Entry for relatives in the hospital premises is restricted after 11 pm.
